Mailing Address for Payments
Payments in the form of personal checks, cashier's checks or money orders (do not mail cash) can be mailed to Puyallup and Milton Municipal Court at:*Please enclose a copy of your infraction or write your case, infraction or notice number on your check.
Payment Plan Without a Hearing:
A time-payment agreement may be set up over the phone or by written request prior to a scheduled hearing. A written request for time payment must include your case/account number, full name, mailing address and phone number. You are encouraged to follow up with the court within 7 business days to verify your time payment was set up. Your payments will be setup at $50 per month with the first payment beginning in 30 days. Traffic violations will be assessed an additional $10 fee.
Phone or Online Payments
Please note that the online payment provider is not linked to the Court's case management system and cannot provide you with any case information or balances due. Payments made online or by phone (that are accepted) are usually receipted by the next business day.
You may contact nCourt for all online payments and phone payments at 1-877-793-8935. A service fee will apply.

Collections
If your account was sent to collections, you will need to contact the court to verify which agency has the account.

Puget Sound Collections can be reached at 253-566-1800. Online payments for Puget Sound Collections can be made at Pay PSC
NOTE: If you make payment via NCOURT, Dynamic Collectors, or Puget Sound Collections, depending on your method of payment, processing can take two to 10 business days before the court is notified, plus an additional two business days before the state Department of Licensing or Department of Motor Vehicle is updated.
