Library of Things

The Library of Things (LOT) at Puyallup Public Library offers three collections: Instruments, Wellness, and Adventure Kits. 

To borrow from the Library of Things, you must be a verified account holder and 18+ years of age. There's a limit of 1 LOT checkout at a time. Items in the LOT have a 3-week checkout period with no renewals. Holds can be placed and will hold the item for 4 days. Items in the LOT are subject to a $ 5-per-day fine for overdue materials. 

All special collections need to be returned to the main desk, not in the bookdrop. This helps to ensure no damage occurs to the item.

Instruments and Adventure Kits have pricing information listed on the item. Please be sure to review the risk you take by borrowing the material. See our Patron Responsibility, Fines and Fees, and Loan Periods procedure to learn more about damages and fees.

We also have board games and card games, which don't fall into this collection and have the same checkout periods as books.
